These terms govern your use of the M87Media website (m87media.com) and any services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We keep them plain. If anything is unclear, just ask.
By accessing m87media.com or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
M87Media provides web design, digital marketing, SEO, and custom development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are agreed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any project at our discretion.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content) may shift the delivery timeline accordingly.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. One-time projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Monthly services are billed at the start of each period.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel a project mid-way, you will be invoiced for work completed to that point. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No lock-in.
On receipt of final payment, all custom design and code we produce for your project becomes yours. You own your website, your copy, and your brand assets.
We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
M87Media is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services or your website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
